Teachers in Action is an Action Research Project, through the Faculty of Education at Memorial University of Newfoundland. This project is supported through a contribution from Hibernia Management and Development Ltd. (HMDC)
Action Research is a powerful method to develop professional growth in the area of primary science which can impact students communication skills and attitudes. Through Teachers in Action Projects Lisa George and Lori Pretty developed research questions to enhance their grade one and two classroom practices.
